How to activate back my prepaid tariff


Hi. I cancelled my prepaid S (3,5Gb) by mistake. The whole app is in German, so I didn't know I was cancelling it. Now I don't know how to activate it again.

I understand that it might be confusing to use the Mein o2-App in German. 

 

But of course, we are always there to help you. As you were already charged for the package “o2 My Prepaid S” on 5th March, I ordered now the package for you free of charge for 28 days. 

 

Please make sure that you have enough on your card in order to prolong the package after these 28 days.

@o2_Tobias Hi , ,I purchased O2 prepaid sim Germany (o2 loop) but tariff plan didn't get activated because of which am unable to login to o2 or use internet , My SIM is activated and am able to make calls but no internet , my balance is 24 euros. Please help me!! I even visited the o2 store but no help.

Good Morning, 

  I purchased an O2 Sim card for 9.99€ in Frankfurt Airport and activated it. The pack said it had 3.5 GB data and unlimited calls. But after using for half a day everything was gone. I was not able to make any calls. It said I had to recharge if I have to make an outgoing call. Also Internet is not working in it.

Kindly let me know what is the issue. And please help me resolve it.

@Malarvizhi I think we both have same issue , the tariff plan didn’t get activated and you used the credit 9.99 euro for making calls which in turn emptied you balance. I think you need to get recharged 15 euro and activate 9.99 tariff plan . Am also waiting for the answer to how to activate the tariff plan with my balance

P.S - You can check balance via *101#

As I understand you have bought a SIM card with a 10 EUR credit. In order to use the o2 My Prepaid S for 9,99 EUR you first need to order the package. Please find more information in English on our Prepaid products here:

Hello

Please help me. I want to change my tariff and uploaded 15 euros in my account. Now I am trying to contact the 02 prepaid team but they all speak German. Calling them has already costed me a euro while I wanted the plan with 14.99 €. Please help me if I can do it myself somehow.

The O2 Prepaid M Pack can only be booked for new prepaid SIM cards with 14.99 € .

The price is then only valid for the first 4 weeks.

For existing SIM cards it cost €17.99.

 

If you have any questions, you can also try the chat,

Not really, I was offered not a very good tariff like only 6.5 GB for 13 euros.

Are there any alternative tariffs that I can opt for in the next months?

This whole thing is super confusing.

Please not, that the first booking of the Tariff is cheaper as an offer and the following bookings are at the regular price.

Hello

I managed to activate a monthly package 4Mb for 10€ after a lot of struggle. However, in my app it says that the package is only valid until the next week?

I really don't understand what has happened. Please help me.

Hi @Sasmunich, I was happy to check that. Your pack is booked till Septemer the 7. So that looks fine. 😊

Ah I see what´s irritating @Sasmunich. In our System, the tariff o2 Prepaid Data Pack M is booked till the 7th September but there is also the other The Tariff o2 my Prepaid M that will be deactivated at the 16th of August.

If you want, i can book the o2 my Prepaid M for you. Please have a look what works for you bette.

Hi 

My O2 prepaid M expiring today says that it will be auto activated tomorrow. However, this is not subscribed by me and I already have O2 prepaid data pack M until 7th September. How to make sure the other tariff do not get activated tomorrow?

please cancel the MyO2prepaid M    at the "end of term". Then you can still use it until then.
