thanks for your quick reply. 

I just had a look again. I guess that you ordered too many packs. 

Well, you bought a SMS-Flat for 9,99 €, an allnet-flat for 14,99 € and now o2 My Prepaid S for 9,99 €. 

Please have a look to the conditions of the pack “o2 My Prepaid S”.

As this pack includes already an SMS-Flat and a telephone-flatrate, do you really need an additional SMS-Flat and an allnet-flat? 

If you like to deactivate certain packs, just have a look to “Mein o2-App”.

@o2_Tobias I agree, problem here is I am new to the place and communication with sales person wasn’t clear. It will be really helpful if you can deactivate packs from your end because my German language skills are also not that good :-( Sorry for the trouble! I just need SMS, Phone Calls and Internet facility on my prepaid sim card. Thanks!

yes, okay, o2 My Prepaid S is now activated for you. 

The SMS-Flat and the allnet-flat is cancelled now, and I returned the fees for these packs to you. 

I hope you agree to this solution.

@o2_Tobias  Great, thanks a lot for helping me with this!! My internet pack is activated now and everything is good.  I appreciate all the efforts from your end to resolve my prepaid sim issue! Thanks again.
