Help with number porting away from O2

Hi there, can I ask for help with porting my existing number from O2 to another provider?

I’m on prepaid, with enough credit loaded to cover the portability fee, moving number ot 1n1.

I asked 1n1 to initiate number swap on their end, just wanted to know is there anything that has to be done on O2 end?

Hi @MrSki, 

 

nice that you contacted us here again in our English community. I regret that you would like to leave us. 

 

I just released your number for porting it to another provider. You received a text message (SMS) as confirmation. 

 

Please contact now your new provider in order to ask for the immediate transfer of your number. We will charge you with 6,55 € for the porting. 

 

If you have still a credit after the porting you can fill out this form: http://g.o2.de/pre-auszahlung We will then transfer your remaining amount to your private bank account. 

 

If you have any further questiuons, just feel free to contact our English community.
