Green light homespot and bad internet connection


Hi, i’m a o2 homespot user

in my router one of the lights is green (the one in the middle, with the signal sign) and also the internet speed is really slow…

I tried to change channel but it’s impossible, i can’t save the channel swap after the selection, i also tried to reboot the router but nothing changes…

I’m using a LAN cable for the connection.

Can someone help me?

have you tried moving the HomeSpot to a different location in your home?

The cell, as mentioned in your screenshot, shows no errors or signs of massive overload.

The signal strenth on the other hand, does not seem to be all that great.

You can use our Website to locate the stations in your area, just open up this website: https://www.o2online.de/netz/

and click on “Basisstation” to get the full picture. With that, you might be able to optimize reception.
