i finish my contract in september 2021 …. every month until now november i get invoice on email. why do i have to pay ? what is going on with you people in germany ? you are not normal or what?

why do I have the impression that this conversation will end with an apology? Your contract was finished on September 10th 2021. Every month the basic fee was charged retroactively. Your billing cycle always ran from the fifth to the fourth of each month. So the final invoice contains the proportional basic charge from the fifth to the ninth of September. As you missed the payment by direct debit we took the open amount to the next billing cycle and topped up the returned direct debit fee. 

So if you are in need of our bank details to transfer the outstanding amout:
