I requested my number to be ported over to O2 from Telekom, and I got a letter from Telekom (dated 2022-04-19) stating that I can take my number to O2. I had a prepaid SIM card with Telekom, and the contract period is over.
I just signed a fixed contract with O2 and have been assigned a new number, but I would like to use the previous number. I submitted the number porting request on the My O2 website, but I have not heard from O2 for a few days.
I would like to know if there are any issues I can resolve to prevent further delays.
