Hello,

 

I requested my number to be ported over to O2 from Telekom, and I got a letter from Telekom (dated 2022-04-19) stating that I can take my number to O2. I had a prepaid SIM card with Telekom, and the contract period is over.

 

I just signed a fixed contract with O2 and have been assigned a new number, but I would like to use the previous number. I submitted the number porting request on the My O2 website, but I have not heard from O2 for a few days.

 

I would like to know if there are any issues I can resolve to prevent further delays.

You will then be informed of a porting date. Have you received any information in the meantime?
I'm afraid I can't check for you as you're not registered here with your number. If the matter has not yet been resolved, you can switch to private messages for the exchange and legitimisation of data. Let us know if you want us to do this.
