How did you request the cancellation? You should send an email to widerruf@cc.o2online.de. if you did that you will need to wait until it has been processed.
I filled out this form yesterday https://info.o2online.de/kuendigung/ or maybe should I send the email as well? right now on meino2 says:
Ihr Vertrag für die Rufnummer XXXXXXXXX ist gekündigt. Wollen Sie es sich doch noch einmal überlegen, können wir Ihnen ein individuelles Angebot unterbreiten oder Ihnen anderweitig behilflich sein?
But then says:
Verbrauchs-Check
Vertrag endet zum 21.08.2024
Kündigung is wrong as that is termination to the end of the two years, so what it says in meino2 is correct. You wanted to cancel now and to do that you need to send a Widerruf by email.
Oh I see, sending the email right away, maybe i still have a chance to cancel it somewhere i read that before 14 days I was able to do it without any issues.
Thank you so much! I sent the email. Hopefully ill get an answer soon
Dear @willco ,
did you sent the Widerrufsformular to our emailaddress: widerruf@cc.o2online.de and mentioned that you want to “widerrufen” not “kündigen”?
Today ist the last day you can revoke the contract. “Kündigen” means that the contract is ended after the 24 month of contract period, as @bs0 mentioned above.
Kind regards,
Andrea

I sent a message with my data but haven't received an answer. I'll fill out the form and send it as well. Thank you for letting me know
I've sent it. In the 3rd email I mentioned the wiederrufen. Not kündigen. Hopefully they'll understand me. But just in case I'll send a separate email.
Or if someone from that area can reply me here would be really helpful

Thank you Rebecca... Yes, I was able to withdraw the contract, in the meantime, I wanted to ask you: I still have access to myo2 login, does that mean I’m o2 client and I can request a partnerkarte?
Asking this for future reference, I have an inactive testekarte and now this withdrawed o2unlimitedfree sim card.
Does it mean that with my login credentials I'm able to do so?
Thanks
Hello @willco,
I’m glad to read, that the withdrawal went according to plan.
If i understand correctly, you want to know wether you can close a contract with the 50% Kombi-discount, also known as a partnercard. If that’s the case, then unfortunately i have to say no.
For the Kombi-discount to be applicable you need an active o2 contract as an enabler. That can be either an existing mobile contract (can’t be prepaid) or a internet & landline o2 my Home contract.
I hope i could clear things up with this explanation. If you have any more questions regarding this matter, don’t hesitate to ask
Kind regards,
Rebecca
