Hello, in my O2 Page I can download a pdf form to change my bank account to other bank. To which email can I send this pdf form?

Hello, I discovered that I can send by email to impressum@cc.o2online.de.

    Hi @gilcu2_1,

    you should be able to change it in “Mein o2”: https://www.o2online.de/ecareng/personal-data/bank-account.

    If this is not possible you can use the form, however you have to send it by post or fax: https://www.o2online.de/assets/blobs/pdfs/formular-aenderung-bankverbindung-sepa/.

    please mind, that eamils to impressum@cc.o2online.de may not be processed in a timely manner. 😕

    I would therefore advise you to send the form by post or fax to the addresses given there.

    Alternatively you can use our contact form on our website.
