E-Mail verification


I’m trying to verify my email since quite a while, since I get reminders via email or SMS every day, but whenever I click on the link, brings me to the login page, & when I do login, it shows an error.
How can I verify my email then?

thank you for providing a screenshot! I have now forwarded the information to our technical department in order for them to take a closer look at how to make your Mein o2 account accessible to you again.

Hello there!

Have you tried logging in first?
Does that change the situation?

I have same issue as well, created o2 account and successfully activated my account but still email verification is not done and showing the same message od technical issue discussed earlier by the customers.

Which browser do you use and do yo get the same error message 

when using the My o2 App

sorry to ask a few more questions to your issue. What kind of contract do you have? DSL, mobile or o2 My Handy? Have you created just a community login or even a login to “Meino2” to see your contract details? I think there might be the problem. Can you explain?

Hi, 

I have the same issue and i need to cancel the contract soon. Every time i click verify email, it goes and shows page not found. I cannot even access my invoices. Please provide me a solution for this asap.
