DSL is very slow. They didn't respond in English.

Hi, I recently got O2 DSL 50mbps opened. But the speed is only 11 m. I checked from O2 o2 my service and they told me to call them. When I called, they told me to call from a different English service. When I called from the English service, they said I could not solve the problem. No solution.

@NN57772 What router you use? What speed has o2 guaranteed in the order confirmation?
