Hi, I recently got O2 DSL 50mbps opened. But the speed is only 11 m. I checked from O2 o2 my service and they told me to call them. When I called, they told me to call from a different English service. When I called from the English service, they said I could not solve the problem. No solution.

@NN57772 What router you use? What speed has o2 guaranteed in the order confirmation?

To add to the questions from Joe Doe, maybe in the documents that you received ADSL was mentioned as your connection technology?
