Discrepancy between billing


I have been paying more than I should every month. Why? My contract is for 30.50€ per month. But, every month I am charged separately arround 20€ without any valid reason. I have tried several ways to communicate with the customer service. My experience is nothing but depressing. I have my contact since May, 2022 and this additional amount is charged to me since. Because, I was just tried of the failed conversation I gave up and is paying the additional cost. This is my last attempt to get some valid answer.

Did you maybe buy a phone as well? That would be a separate payment each month.

As bs0 already mentioned, if you purchased a Phone alongside your tarif, it will be billed separately. 
What kind of tarif do you have, if I may ask?

Hi Dominik, 

My contract number is XXXXX. You can probably check it. I am afraid, I won't be able to provide you any information regarding the tariff. Since, I am very confused with the whole situation.

When I accepted the contract I was told and I choosed the contact that was clear that I would pay 30 euro or so for both the Handy and Tab also for the SIM card. 

I do not have any problem in paying the additional amount if its been clear to me.

What does it say in the contract documents you received? 30 Euros for the tariff and the phone (and a tablet?) is very unlikely. What phone did you buy? And what is the tariff called? If you don#t understand it you can upload the contract documents here (but without any personal details!) so somebody can try to explain it to you.

Receiving two separate bills is normal, if you have a phone + tarif with us.
