Hi there, 

 

I have 3 questions regarding my contract and invoices. 

 

  1. I had a O2 my Data M then I cancelled this contract within 14 days (by calling the support). I still have received the invoice with monthly fee and with activation fee. Is this something expected if the contract was cancelled within first 14 days? 
     
  2. On the same day, I signed up for a mobile contract O2 Free M. Now i receive the invoice which activation and monthly fee for O2 my Data unlimited (which I haven’t activated). 

Can you please clarify why I should pay the activation and monthly fee for (case 1) and why I have another option activated (case 2).

The data contract was deactivated shortly before the invoice was created, so it overlapped and it's still being billed. I have created a credit booking for you.
As I see you have already clarified the question about the price for the o2 My data unlimited with @o2_Sven . He already created a credit booking for you two days ago.
