Dears,

I ordered a Note 10+ from O2 almost a week ago. But, yesterday the status was updated DHL website that DHL tried to deliver the package, although this is not correct as I was in my workplace from 9 AM till 7 PM.



I called DHL yesterday, and they confirmed that they will try to deliver again this week

But, today I got another mail from O2 that the package will be return to O2 and it will be like cancelled order and I will get my deposit back!



Is it possible to rather than cancelling my order, to pick it up from any O2 shop ?

If the packet returned to us, you have to order a new phone. An other possibility is that you buy the phone in an o2 shop.

Hi @o2_Tatjana , a simple question: 
When should I expect my deposit to be back as I have paid 183 EUR  as a deposit and the phone got returned to O2 couple of days ago.

it takes some time to pay the deposit back to you. We will transfer it to the bankaccount, you payed with. 

It would be nice, if you check your bankaccount the next days.
