I lost my cod puk

Hello, my second SIM card was blocked because I entered the wrong PIN code 3 times (I now have the correct one). I need to restore it, but I have lost my PUK code and I can't access my O2 account.

 

I can't solve the problem through the hotline because I don't speak German.

 

Can you help me?

Unfortunately, we cannot provide the PUK here. However, our customer service team will be happy to assist you.

You can reach our English-speaking hotline at 089/66 66 300 81 (Mon. - Fri. 8 am - 8 pm, Sat. 10 am - 6 pm, on workdays).

My English isn't perfect either, I'll call after I finish shopping, shopping with my wife is tiring 😅😅

I called the number you gave me, they told me to call another number because I use a prepaid card (01771771157), I called that number, the first time a man answered me when he heard I spoke English he hung up on me, I called the second time and a lady answered me, she tried to help me but we didn't understand each other because she didn't know English and I didn't know German :))

 

PS: Someone answered the phone who spoke English and told me I had called ALDI TALK 😅😅😅, it seems the operator gave me the wrong number or I wrote it down wrong.It's a real adventure until I find the PUK code 😅

thank you for your feedback. It's obviously not great that you were given the wrong phone number and therefore haven't received your PUK yet. As I understand it, you're using an o2 Loop prepaid card? You can reach the o2 prepaid hotline at 0176 88 85 52 82.
