I paid o2 and it was their job to deliver.
Least o2 can do is to reschedule but the order gets cancelled after one try

i guess you didn´t pay until now.. you rly should contact DHL for that problem
O2 chargwd for delivery when I paid online for the device and connection.
So technically I paid o2 for delivery.

@logaa1988 In this case even you are responsible, DHL sends the package back if the address is not correct or if your name is not clearly written on the doorbell or front door. If only no one is home, the package will be delivered to the nearest branch and you can pick it up then.
In any case, now you have to order again, because the return was canceled or will be...

I am sorry that your order has been returned. As @jsc had already written, a return is always made if the address cannot be found or if your name cannot be found on the doorbell. This is the case with all parcel service providers. In such a case, there is no call, neither from us nor from DHL.
If desired, a new order can of course also be placed directly via our English hotline, alternatively online or in our o2 shops. Please note that the cancellation of the original order must be completed for this to work.
