I recently placed an order online.
Today i recieved email saying that the shipping partner DHL Paket was unable to deliver the shipment .
now my package is being returned, the order cancelled and am waiting for the refund.
all this could have been avoided if they had simply given me a call.
just wondering if this is a common incedent
