ordered the iphone 16 pro max at a shop on 04/10/2024 and it was supposed to come within 2 week . I received the emails with the order number but when i check the status on the order it says that there is no order with the data i provide . Also at the app i cant visualize the phone neither the contract

I have ordered iphone 16 Pro max on 27/09/2024 but I paid the first money through Bank account so it the order was cancelled then I went to o2 Shop again and ordered it again and pay by credit card but in my O2 there is only the info about the cancelled order. There is nothing about the new order in the app. But I have received mail with Oder number an so …

The order has been cancelled, but we dont know why this happened. Therefore my colleagues started an enquiry to get info from the shop where the hardware has been orderred.
