Delivery of S23 Ultra and Watch 5


Good day, I made an order for the s23 ultra +watch 5 on March 3, it still hasn't arrived, I get an email, what should I do?  Confirm my email at the time of making the confirmation, I have to subtract myself with the cell phone number, it is not registered and I still do not have an invoice???
