Good afternoon,
I signed a phone contract on the 5th of November 2022.
I haven’t received the phone for 3 weeks now, but I keep getting apologizing letters from O2 saying that there is a problem on their side because of delay or something.
Fine, I understand that, but now I want to cancel the contract due to delivery delay. I called English callcenter support, where they told me to wait for the actual DHL delivery and just don’t accept the product from the courier, but I don’t really want to wait any longer for my hardware.
Moreover, after I asked if I can fill in the form on https://logistik.telefonica.de/retoure/o2 website to issue the return (after I receive the phone), Support said that it will be too late to do so, because 14 days will have already passed. I did not understand that one quite bit. I though I can issue the return within 14 days from the day I picked up a package.
Callcenter support also said that it is possible to write a letter by hand directly to O2, but on the forum I read that it is possible to do so via e-mail (widerruf@cc.o2online.de).
The sum-up question: how to cancel the phone contract before the delivery and/or after the DELAYED delivery? Will I have 14 days?
