Deduction process


Hi Team,

I have money in my credit account but the money is not getting deducted from it. Kindly let me know how the deduction process will go

Hello @Ashibh ,

your pack is still running until the 15th of July, at that point it would use your current balance to renew itself for another month. I hope this explains things to you.

Hi Flo,

Yes I have a o2 my Prepaid S pack and the credit is also available in my balance and not getting deducted.Thus, I need the deduction process for the same

have you loaded money before? Did you possibly get a discount on the pack? Maybe you can provide me a screenshot :)?

Hi Flo,

I had money inside the credit balance which is still there.Please find the attached details. Kindly let me know about the deduction process and let me know if there is anything pending from my side in the system or not.

Hi Sven,

My pack has been renewed automatically but the credit balance is not getting changed. It is still mentioned as 30.01 euros. Kindly confirm if the money is getting deducted or not

Hello @Ashibh ,

it also still shows your balance as 30,01€ on our end. I wouldn’t worry about that yet, sometimes the processing can take a litle bit. If nothing happens over the next few days, then we’ll have to take a closer look. For now it’s good that you got your pack and can use that data.
