I hope you are doing well.
I have recently recieved an email from “REAL Solution Inkasso GmbH & Co. KG” , saying that there is a debt from O2 that I have to pay.
However, when I go to MeineO2 page, and I try to check that debt, the system does not allow me to check it. It says that for technical reasons,my data could not be loaded. And it has been like this ever since.
I would like to know if I can trust Inkasso and pay my debt through them. Or if there is a possibility to directly pay to O2.
Also, can you fix the bug on my MeineO2, so that I can confirm the debt amount through my profile?
