I am Alpha Mary, and I am customer of o2 for past 4 years. Recently I have purchase a new iPhone through O2, and received the new sim.
As a o2 customer for years, I don’t understand why the o2 customer discounts have been deactivated for me suddenly. I have signed the contract with a different monthly payments, and sudden change in my contract is not acceptable. I want you to sort things out as soon as possible.
