Current debt status inquiry

I can neither view my invoice nor query the debt status. Today I received a letter stating that I have an outstanding debt of 28.82 Euros. I sent the amount. I just got an email saying "Ihr Konto weist einen Rückstand auf." he is writing. He's talking about the overdue amount of 46.66 euros. How can I check them? After logging into the your system, whatever I want to do, it gives an error. I could only verify my e-mail address in a month. I wanted to order a new laptop, I tried for 10 days and finally gave up.

Please, can you help me ?

Hello @Maxcimus,

if you ordered a mobile contract with a mobile phone from us this consists of two seperate contracts that are billed separately. If you havent done so already I suggest to register your mobile phone number in our online portal. Please first lgout of our community or use an inkognito window of your browser to make sure there will be no cookies mismatch :-)
