Hi , i have already cancelled my o2 Germany contract and the end date is in November 2020. Since I have already moved out of Germany, I would like to cancel my contract with effect immediately.
Unfortunately, I am not able to find this option in my online portal or unable to find a contact email address of O2 Germany. Due to the current pandemic, I am unable to send a courier to O2 as well. Please let me know how do I cancel my contract immediately.

In this article you’ll find all the information you need for cancelling your contract early due to moving abroad.
However, keeping in mind that you will be charged the basic fee of 3 months in advance for this cancellation and you have successfully cancelled your contract for November anyway, you will only save approx. 2 months of basic fee.
But of course it’s up to you to decide whether its worth the trouble of sending in the necessary papers and I totally understand that these amounts sometimes can make all the difference.
