I am planning a visit to my home country and will be back after two months. I want to know if it is possible to pause my contract because I won’t be using my Sim or any services during this time period ,can someone please advise me in this situation.

If you are just going for vacation this is not possible, only for work or study.

If you are only staying abroad for private purposes, it is unfortunately not possible to pause your contract.
We require official proof of the temporary stay abroad during the entire period of the contract being suspended (study certificate, employment contract, confirmation from the employer, marching orders for soldiers, a medical certificate or certificate from the hospital).
If this is an option, you can easily request a contract cancellation via Mein o2 or the Mein o2 app.
