contract extension


Hallo,

I have a phone contract which is ending on 2.4.2020 and I have an option for extension. Can I get a new phone with 2 years contract starting from 2.4.2020.

To do so, you can either check our offers in your Mein o2 account, or you can send a private message to @o2_VVL.

Please specify in that message which data volume you wish to have and which phone you would like to have along with it.

We will answer you directly and send you an individual offer.

You will then have the opportunity to confirm it and we will take care of the rest and make all the appropriate changes to your contract according to the offer. :relaxed:
