what is your invoicing period (it’s called “Leistungszeitraum” on your monthly bill)?
Since every bill is created retroactively, maybe that was the final amount for the last, say, three days or so until the day your contract actually ended.

That’s the point! the period is mentioned: 23.04.2020 - 22.05.2020 while my contract is ended at 22.04.2020 and the previous bill was till 22.04.2020 which should have covered everything.

That’s strange indeed, even if something went technically wrong and your contract didn’t end in April it wouldn’t just show 3.30 EUR for the whole month, would it?
Does the bill specify what the amount is for?
If the contract has actually ended, you don’t need to send back the SIM card, they won’t charge you for that.

Exactly! It is strange! The bill is exactly the same as previous ones while my contract was not ended, the only difference is the amount (3.33 EUR) and instead of “Grundgebühren (monatlich) 25,2016 €” it is written “Grundgebühren 3,3602 €”.

Not really! The money has been taken from my bank account, I still have no explanation what for, and I am afraid to be charged again next month for no reason! I appreciate it if you investigate what is going on.

sure, I took a look into it.
Your contract ended on the 26th of april, that’s why the last few days of the new billing period were charged from 23rd to 26th (3,33 euro).
22.04…….27.04 (deactivation date), maybe a typo? If you wish, I can you send you a copy of the last invoice via paper mail.
