I've purchased an iPhone 11 with contract online. I got an email requesting for more money as an initial payment (240 euro), I paid the value requested, but then when I tracked my order, the status was set to "contract canceled". I tried to get more information online, but I just got that "technical problems" with my order, and I should try again, I'm told to call the hotline and ask for my money.
How do I get my refund ??

I ordered it online. I called the hotline last Friday, and after a long battle with the German automated system I managed to speak with a real person and have my call transferred to an English speaking representative.
The person was really friendly and helpful, she explained to me that this is not normal, because they got the money even tho the contract was canceled. She explained the people who could help me had already left for the weekend (I called around 19h) and she would contact me next Monday morning with a solution for it.
I'll wait for the contact and update this post with the results.

I didn't got any call back from the company, so I went after it again.
Here is the updated information I have: the lady who spoke with me last Friday opened another order in my name to try again, and again, I was rejected by o2. The reason is my score not being enough.
I'm living in Germany since May, five months, I don't think it's enough time to build the credit score (or bank account time) to get a contract there. I'm ok with it, I was aware this was possibility.
Now about my money, it will take from 4 to 6 weeks to refund the 239 euro I sent o2, why so long? Who knows... Maybe I'll try again, after completing six months of living here, maybe I can get the contract then... Also, who knows.
