My wife and I already moved back to our home country for a year. before we move back we send a cancellation letter to

but it seem like it didn’t work and O2 still change a monthly fee from us until now.
We would like to cancel our contract as soon as possible (We have 2 contracts on my wife name and we need to cancel both) because we aren’t living in Germany anymore, If I can provide any further clarification on what we need, please let me know.
