I send both documents together but I think they gonna lost somewhere and we had a problem with Mein O2 at that time. I couldn’t recover my password until now. Can you help us to cancel our contract as soon as possible or what should we do? We don’t what to pay a monthly fee for something we don’t use.

we can’t enter a cancellation here. When I open your data, I can see two mobile contracts, but I couldn’t find any cancellation request or documents that were send in. As such please resend the request and the documents. You can also easily do this through our online cancellation form. If you need help with that, pleae let us know.

Thank you for the information, We send them by post a year ago (March 2022) before we leave Germany.
Anyway, I request Contract cancellations again by the link that you gave me (Online cancellation form) for both phone numbers. I have questions to ask you about the process below.
1) Can you please check my request that did I do it right?
2) Is it possible to get the money that we pay after we leave Germany back? You can check our registration date in the Abmeldung that I attached to the online cancellation form.
3) When our contract will be canceled? Is it possible to end both contracts in the end of March 2023?

both of your requests have reached us, if the colleagues responsible for processing the cancellation request do need any further information, then you’ll be asked for this by them.
As we aren’t actually processing the cancellations themselves, I can’t answer your other two questions. You’ll have to wait for the response of the department.

We have got the contract terminate confirmation e-mail but I’m not sure that I understand this sentence very well.
“Der Gesetzgeber räumt Kunden, die Ihren Wohnsitz dauerhaft ins Ausland verlegen ein Sonderkündigungsrecht mit einer Frist von einem Monat ab Kündigungseingang ein, sofern alle notwendigen Unterlagen vorliegen oder innerhalb dieses Monats eingereicht werden.
Wir werden Ihre Mobilfunkverträge daher gern vorzeitig zum 21. April 2023 beenden.
Anfallende Mobilfunkkosten, wie z. B. Ihre geführten Verbindungen und die anteilige Grundgebühr, werden bis zum genannten Vertragsende in Rechnung gestellt. Da Rechnungen immer rückwirkend erstellt werden erhalten Sie auch nach dem Vertragsende noch Rechnungen. Den Abrechnungszeitraum sehen Sie oben rechts auf der ersten Seite Ihrer Rechnung.”
In my opinion, I think O2 will terminate our contract on 21.04.2023 but will we pay the last month fee on the end of April? I don’t really understand this sentence especially

that is correct. Your contract will be terminated on 21.4.23. The last sentences is just a information regarding your costs up to the date of termination of the contract. Invoices are always created subsqeuently.
