I have requested contract cancellation yesterday and I called on this number -040 519006642. But I don't able to understand if they have cancelled my contract or not. I would like to end this contract.

In your database there is no cancellation confirmed. The best would be, that you call the number again with a german speaking friend.

if trying to cancel your contract via the “Kündigungsvormerkung” together with calling afterwards didn’t work out for you then sending it in via post or fax like Bollermann described would be the correct alternatives.
