Contract Cancellation

Dear O 2,

I have an O2 contract that was supposed to end this month. I went to the s aturn store to get a new contact phone with o2 line and I was told my current contract was automatically extended till next year November. Hence, I wouldn't be able to get a new one until this current one is canceled.

Please I will like this current contract to canceled immediately so that I can sign a new contract with o2. Thank you.

It seems you signed a 24 month contract two years ago. The cancellation period is three month in advance so if the contract should have stopped in the end of November you have had to cancel it by the end of August 2020. Otherwise it gets renewed for another year. If you already missed the cancellation there is no chance to end the contract right now. 

Please send a cancellation letter to terminate the contract by November 2021 within the next month to our customer service and we will arrange the needful.

Otherwise you can ask for a contract extention offer with a new phone and better conditions. This is for another 24 month.
