Hello! 1 months ago to buy phone with monthly payment from O2 I went to O2 in Friedrichstrasse Berlin. He applied for the phone and made me a sim card contract my phone application rejected so I wanted to cancel the contract in the same day. He took back my contract and sim card and he said he send cancellation request and give me a document written by hand. I didn’t trust the guy so I requested cancellation by myself as well and I got a e mail that says it processed. But today I have got a bill 20 euros from O2 that the number which I don’t have possession. What should I do right now? Should I sue O2 to get cancellation from a sim card that I don’t have? Why they are not just cancel?

Contact customer services to check on the status of the requested cancellation. This can take some time, particularly if the contract was concluded in a shop because usually then there is no cancellation right. This exists in your case only because of the phone contract with payment in installments that was rejected. Any overpaid amounts will be refunded.
