contract billing

Good Day

 

I have a contract with o2 handy only, I want to know why I don't get any 

billing payment emails or letters to be able to see how much I have paid 

on my contracts and the status of amount and months due

 

I have have been searching all over for any clue, but it wants me to register with

o2 contact number which I don't have, I only have device contract

Hello @Miguel1979, welcome at our community. Nice to have you here.

When you bought hardware you will only get one plan by letter. But you can register at Meino2 or the Meino2 App and you can see all the payments.
