Dear gentlemen good morning,

My name is Nelsa Percina Manuel Chauque Cafricano, I have come since asking to be annulled the contract of my phone number 0176XXXXXX, for the following reasons:

It was not prepared with my consent, by my will;

I was deceived  by a person of bad faith who claimed to be my friend and who wanted to help;

I have been in Germany for 9 months, I still cannot speak German unfortunately;

At the time the contract was drawn up I was working and I asked the person to  buy a phone card so I could use it because until then I communicated via watsap with the number of Portugal and at the time I had only 4 months living here in Germany in Aschaffenburg, he asked for my passport and bank account number claiming  that in Germany nothing can be done without work and bank account, when I signing the paper the person just told me that I was signing for the purchase of the card, monthly I would give 20 € to the person because it was the amount that  he was told that calls and internet would cost;

I only worked for 3 months because I don't speak German and they have now sent me to the German integration course;

I'm not working at the moment and to my amazement I received a message on March 19th, with a value of 113 € unpaid and asked someone else to call and find out why, I was informed that my number was a contract,

Dearest appeals for your understanding, I intend to keep the number in question but not as a contract.

Graciously

Nelsa Cafricano

edit o2_Tobias: For data-security-reasons, we have erased your mobile phone number

Hi @Vencedora,

thanks for your message.

I regret that something went wrong between you and your friend.

I just have sent a private message via @o2_Support to you. Please reply there to my request.

Afterwards, we will continue our communication here.

Loving greetings,

Tobias

Hi @Vencedora,

until now, I did not receive a response from you at @o2_Support.

If you have any further questions, just let me know.

Loving greetings,

Tobias

Sorry. But i don't have any contract, and i don't have that special number that you want. Because i just signeted the papel and the gay said, thanks, didn't give me nothing. Sorry

Hi @Vencedora,

thanks for your reply.

If you do not have the 4-digit personal identification-code, I cannot look into your data.

As you are not the owner of the contract, I only can give you further details if the owner of the contract contacts us here in our English community.

I suggest to you that you contact your friend and that you find a solution with him. It is possible that he gives your contract to another person if you do not need your contract anymore. A change of the contract owner is possible only after the payment of the open amount.

I hope that this information is already helpful to you.

Loving greetings,

Tobias

Hi @Vencedora,

I just wanted to ask you if you already manage to solve your request.

Did you already try to contact the owner of the contract?

I look forward to your reply.

Loving greetings,

Tobias

good morning Mr. Tobias, unfortunately I still haven't managed to resolve my concern.  I tried to get in touch with the person who created all this but the only answer I got was that the contract is in my name and I have to resolve it myself.  now I don't know how much I have to pay and I'm even afraid to go to an O2 agency to ask why unfortunately I still can't pay even in installments

Hello @Vencedora ,

in that case, I´d suggest to write a letter to our headquarters.

The letter being in english should not be a problem.

Be sure to include the detals regarding the contract, how it was booked and so on, so my co-workers cann also check the contract, handed to us by the shop.

My co-workers will then check the current status of the contract and the data transmitted to us by the shop.

Please send you letter to this adress:

Telefónica Germany GmbH & Co. OHG
Kundenbetreuung
90345 Nürnberg

Viele Grüße,

Kurt
