Recently I purchased the bundle ( O2 sim card and iPad 10 generation) on 22.06.2023 from the Shop in Hannover on the instalments basis( 24 euro per month for iPad and the sim cost around 40 euros with new sim installation charges) for two years but I unfortunately my iPad has defective ( As the charger could get over-warm while connecting with socket) so I returned it within 2 days after the purchase and till now I didn’t get any update about the new one, moreover shopkeeper tried to make a new order for me few times but every time it gets rejected. and now the shopkeeper said you have to wait for around 3 months for the further action, I cannot understand that it was my fault that the iPad is defective...

It was so disturbing and disappointing for me as a student I really need the iPad urgently but I have to face a lot of issues . Kindly I request you to please help me  either to grant a new iPad or just cancel the contract as soon as possible because I already used my last sim card perfect with lowest cost. 

I hope you would give me the best possible solution.

From what I can see a replacement was booked on the 7th of this month and should be on it’s way to you. I would expect that it arrives at your address soon.
