Charged router provision cost but on minimum teem contract?

We’re on a minimum 24 month contract, so it looks like we shouldn’t be charged the €49.99 router provision fee — but we have been.

Can anyone tell me where this has come from? Am I getting something wrong?

Ah, yes. That’s correct.

I was confused because we have a 49.99 and 69.99 fee, and both are for ‘connection fees’.

So I thought the 49.99 fee must be for the router?

It seems weird to be charged for the connection fee twice.
