You should have opted to extend your existing contract (if that is already possible with another year to run) and not order a new one. Concluding a new contract has no effect on the existing ones. Send an email to widerruf@cc.o2online.de requesting to cancel the new contract. This is possible within 14 days.
Hi@bs0! Thanks a lot! I’ve checked and there is no option for extending the contract with “Apple iPhone 15 Pro mit Watch Ultra 2”. Is it only available to ‘new’ customers?

If it’s possible to have an offer for both mobile phone and watches, I’m up for it! If it’s just the phone, I don’t think I’m interested but thank you!

I saw that you send the order number for the mobile phone instead of the one for the mobile tariff (whose SIM card will probably be sent together with the phone but we will get to this later) so for you to be on the safe side I took a shortcut to cancel the order for the mobile tariff. You will receive the confirmation by e-mail.
The same shortcut is no more available for the order of the mobile phone. Here you can decline acceptance once DHL delivers or, in case you are not at home and a neighbor accepts the iPhone for example, you can register the return of the phone here in our return portal.
Both ways will lead to automatic cancellation. Then you can extend one of your existing contracts together with iPhone and Watch and get a dicount for the contract.
For all cases I already took note you will return the mobile phone.
We do have the iPhone 15 Pro 128GB + Watch Ultra2, titan blau for a contract extension of your contract with the number you wanted to transfer. I have sent you an offer to your e-mail address in order for you to have a look at it.
The offer is valid for 8 days, so take your time to take a look at the offer. If you are not satisfied with this, please let us know what else can be changed.
According to the transparency regulation, I have to point you to our “product information sheet”. There you will find all product details listed again (without discounts).

Thanks a lot for cancelling the mobile tariff! I haven’t received the package and it was sent back to DHL. I think if it’s not picked up in 7 days it’ll automatically be sent back to the sender. Or should I pick it up and send it myself?…
Unfortunately, with the offer you sent I will pay just as much as I would have having three contracts, considering I also pay for the second one I have for a year now…
If the payment specified in the offer was my monthly payment (combined for both contracts I have), I would’ve gladly accepted it.

As soon as the phone arrives with us, the contract will be cancelled and any payments made will be refunded to you.
