I had a look, unfortunately the technicians reported, that currently at your new address there is no port for your DSL connection available.

Hello Gerrit, thank you for the clarification. That’s a pity, as initially my address was shown as suitable for DSL… 

 

Does this mean I will not be charged extra (as per the invoice previously sent to me)?

did you call our hotline to clarify the exact reason the internet connection is not possible at your address and whether something can be done about it?

Only when the DSL contract starts and can be activated it will be charged.
