My O2 contract was going to expire in a month. So, I just extended my O2 contract into a higher plan but I was told I would be charged 50 Euros extra for the change. But I read on the website that O2 doesnt charge any fee when switching to a higher tariff plan. Why was I charged 50 Euros then? And they also gave me another sim with unlimited internet, even though I didnt want it. I already upgraded my plan for more internet.
Please suggest what can I do?
