Hello @Reinoldmuca,

Do you already have an O₂ card? Submit a porting declaration to Telekom and then order the number portability. Either when a new order is placed or subsequently in the customer area.

Hello @Reinoldmuca,
you need an o2 card to be able to take your phone number with you. Then you can also order the porting. Have you already got yourself a prepaid card? If you still need help, just let us know.🙂
