Do you already have an O₂ card? Submit a porting declaration to Telekom and then order the number portability. Either when a new order is placed or subsequently in the customer area.

you need an o2 card to be able to take your phone number with you. Then you can also order the porting. Have you already got yourself a prepaid card? If you still need help, just let us know.
