cannot send text message

Hello. I hope someone who speaks English can help me with my problem. I recently purchased o2 Simcard but I cannot send text messages to any phone numbers here in Germany. There is no problem with phone calls and inbound texts. Just the outbound texts are having issues. It is always FAILED. Please help. Thank you

    Hi!

    Have you already checked in your smartphone whether the number for the SMS sending center is entered?

     

     

     

    Or do you have a dual SIM cell phone and the setting for the correct card was not made?
