Hi,
I have a prepaid sim that I am not able to get any service (0bars, says no service) on. I have tried calling but there is no English hotline number for prepaid sims. I have also recharged the sim to make sure that the service was not cut off for that reason. Mein O2 does not show or suggest that my services were cut off.
I am not receiving the PINs and TANs for login and it has becomes a very serious problem and I am receiving no help from O2 customer service.
Could someone help me out here please?
