Cannot get service on my prepaid SIM

Hi,

 

I have a prepaid sim that I am not able to get any service (0bars, says no service) on. I have tried calling but there is no English hotline number for prepaid sims. I have also recharged the sim to make sure that the service was not cut off for that reason. Mein O2 does not show or suggest that my services were cut off. 

 

I am not receiving the PINs and TANs for login and it has becomes a very serious problem and I am receiving no help from O2 customer service. 

 

Could someone help me out here please?

What announcement do you get when you call the prepaid number from another connection?

“Die von ihnen gewählte Rufnummer ist nicht vergeben”?

(The number you have dialed is not in service)

 

“Der Teilnehmer ist im Augenblick nicht erreichbar. Versuchen sie es zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt noch einmal”?

(The subscriber cannot be reached at the moment. Please try again later)

My phone itself says that I have no network/service available on the SIM :/

I am very sorry that you can no longer use the card. 
 You received a cancellation of the card by text message last November, as it had not be topup and used for a longer period of time. 
Sorry, but this card can no longer be reactivated. You can, of course, request a payout of your credit using the credit payout form.
