Hello, 

I moved abroad and sent all the required documents to your customer service through mail but did not hear anything back. This is urgent and I would like my contract to be cancelled as soon as possible as I can’t use it anymore.

Is there an email address I can send my documents to make sure my request gets through?

You should also receive a letter within the next fewdays (depending on how fast or slow the mailservice ( Post) is.
