Cancelation of my contract

I want to end my agreement on the 3rd of January 2020, o2 says I have to notify them 3 months earlier before the end of the contract. Please i need help on how to do this.

I strongly prefer cancel your contract over fax or lettler (with return receipt / Einschreiben)

Have fear if you cancel over phone call something is going wrong. At the link down are documents you can use.

    Please, I would like to end my tariff O2 contract, the contract ends on 3 January 2020. Please I would like to notify O2, so that they will terminate it permanently
