I've provided all the required information to cancel my contract, and I received an email acknowledging its receipt. However, I was still invoiced this month. Unfortunately, I can't call customer service as I am no longer in Germany. How can I confirm that my contract is indeed canceled? I need confirmation to proceed with canceling my German bank account. Your help would be greatly appreciated. :(

I’ve just checked and your contract has been deactivated. You will be receiving one last bill though, as the contract ended on the 9th of July and the bills so far have covered up until the 4th, as such there will be one last bill for the remaining days. Once that has been paid you can cancel your german bank account as well.
