Cancel the Tariff


Dear O2 Team

Please and please consider my request.

I really confused about your tariff.

I just want charge my account such as internet and so on by MYSELF, not automatically from my bank account. One of your colleague in Dresden without my permission activated this tariff.

Anyway, Consider the issue

You can request cancelation of the direct debit instruction and then transfer the invoice amount yourself each month if that's what you want to do.

Prepaid or postpaid?

Could you give us a litte more information regarding your problem? Is your case about prepaid or postpaid? Did you recive these information from a o2 shop in Dresden?
