I have a contract O2 Mobile S Boost (ends in 09.2026) and decided for a new internet contract (O2 Mobile Unl. On Demand Online). I was convinced (by O2 Hotline worker) to change my contract to an infinite Internet, as I would have a big discount. I asked many times if the previous contract would be cancelled and if I would not be charged for both contracts, and he assured me that I would NOT be charged for both. And now I have two SIM cards and two bills, which are unaffordable for me.
I would like to cancel the Mobile S Boost contract and keep just the Unlimited On Demand Online contract, with the discount I negotiated online (29,99 Euros), because that's what I was told would be done by O2.
How can I proceed? I am afraid if I do it O2 will charge me the full price, and that's more than I can afford right now.
And if it doesn't work I am afraid I will have to cancel both contracts.
Please help me.
Best regards,
Hiromi.
