Hi,

I”m trying to order a new phone with a contract but every time I want to click through on ‘Zur Kasse’, it just refreshes the page and I am not able to fill out my personal data and payment method. I have tried different browsers and I am also already logged in into my O2 account (since I have a running contract already). 

I hope someone could help me out.

welcome to our community. Please try to delete the cookies and the cache of your browser. Does it works then?

We had some issues last week where some parts of our websites were not available.
