I am using ‘O2 my Internet 150 Online’ since Oct, 2023. I saw the ‘o2 Music Paket’ and ‘o2 Unlimited Games’ are activated in my account automatically and my bill became 37,47 EUR last month (instead of 24,99 €)! I never signed up for these ad-ons. I manually canceled them now. Please make sure this will not happen again and refund the amount.
