Hi,

Today I received my new bill and I found that something called Mehrwertdienste with 4.49 € is in my bill. Then I checked the contracts and I saw from this month O2 music is activated. Why this happens without my request? Please deactivate O2 music and refund the cost.

You can deactivate the service in the customer portal and request a refund by sending an explanation using the contact form: https://www.o2online.de/service/kontaktformular/.

I didn't activate it. My question is why it activated spontaneously?

It's annoying that you have a subscription that you didn't knowingly take out. Great that you noticed it quickly.
Good question, how did o2 Music activate for you? It is not automatically booked by us. Are you using your cell phone alone or did someone else also have access to it and accidentally book it?
Advertising for it is displayed on various websites, and you can also book it there.

This month, I had same issue. There is an item called Mehrwertdienste in my bill that costs 4.49 Euro. I didn't activate any services. Why this problem happens every month?

Please check it and cancel all of unwanted services.

Have you written to the contact form as suggested by bs0? Have you already received an answer?

Yeah I checked it. There is no Abo services. In my bill, there is no details about that service too.

Anyway, O2 have refund it and I hope next month don't  happen again.
